About the Role​

As a Software Analyst at iApp Technology, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting software systems that empower Thai businesses with sovereign AI excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Analyze and document business requirements and system specifications
  • Design software architecture and system solutions
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation
  • Develop and maintain system prototypes
  • Evaluate and recommend technical solutions
  • Ensure quality and consistency of system design
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Support project planning and estimation
  • Participate in code and design reviews

Required Qualifications​

  • 2+ years of experience in software analysis
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Proficiency in system design and architecture
  • Knowledge of UML and other modeling techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have​

  • Experience with AI/ML projects
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Business analysis certifications
  • Experience in Thai enterprise projects

  • UI/UX design experience
