About the Role

As an AI Sales professional at iApp Technology, you will be at forefront of bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to businesses across Thailand. You will identify client needs, present tailored AI solutions, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. We are seeking passionate sales professionals at Junior (0-2 years), Intermediate (2-5 years), and Senior (5+ years) experience levels, eager to shape the future of AI adoption in the region.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales volume and revenue growth.
  • New business opportunity generation.
  • Sales close rate.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Customer retention.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Level)

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels.
  • Understand client business challenges and requirements to propose suitable AI solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and client success.
  • Stay updated on iApp's AI product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Senior Level: Mentor junior sales team members, contribute to sales strategy development, manage key accounts.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • Junior: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or B2B.
  • Intermediate: 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally with AI/ML or complex software solutions.
  • Senior: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically in AI/ML, software, or technology solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
  • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Portfolio/Track Record:

  • Demonstrable success in previous sales roles (required for Intermediate/Senior).
  • Portfolio of successful deals or key clients managed (required for Senior).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling specifically into the Thai market.
  • Existing network within potential client industries.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Technical background or degree.
