About the Role

As the Chief of Sales (CSO) at iApp Technology, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company's sales strategy and execution, particularly within the Thai market. You will lead the sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee all sales operations to achieve ambitious revenue goals. A critical aspect of this role is a deep understanding of Thai government procurement processes (e.g., TOR analysis, e-bidding) and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles for technical AI and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and client relationship management.
  • Drive penetration into key market segments, with a strong focus on government and large enterprise clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, particularly within government agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market execution.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Represent iApp Technology at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure the sales team possesses strong technical knowledge of iApp's AI solutions.
  • Navigate and manage the complexities of the Thai government procurement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, specifically selling complex software, technology, or AI solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience with Thai government procurement processes, including TOR requirements, e-bidding platforms, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex AI and software solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Extensive network and established relationships within relevant Thai industries and government sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
