About the Role

As a Digital Marketer at iApp Technology, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our cutting-edge AI solutions. You will manage various digital channels, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to achieve marketing objectives. We are seeking talented marketers at Junior (0-2 years), Intermediate (2-5 years), and Senior (5+ years) experience levels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Digital campaign performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Growth in website traffic and qualified leads.
  • Effectiveness of strategy analysis and optimization.
  • Brand engagement and online presence growth.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Level)

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Create and manage engaging content for online platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance and ROI.
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Intermediate/Senior: Develop content strategies, manage marketing budgets, perform A/B testing, potentially utilize marketing automation tools.
  • Senior Level: Develop holistic digital marketing strategies, manage large budgets, lead and mentor junior marketers, drive marketing innovation.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • Junior: 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Intermediate: 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Senior: 5+ years of strategic digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of core digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing).
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts to effectively communicate product value (training provided).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Intermediate/Senior: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, advanced analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing B2B technology or AI solutions.
  • Graphic design skills or experience with design tools.
  • Experience with video marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
