Data subject request: your name in iApp eKYB

If you are named as a director, partner or authorised signatory in the company data that iApp eKYB provides, use this form to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). What we hold and why is in the privacy notice for directors and partners.

• An objection removes your name from every eKYB answer once we accept it.
• We reply within 30 days of receiving the request, and may first ask you by email to confirm your identity.
• The company register itself is corrected at the Department of Business Development, not by iApp.
