What it does​

  • Registration recordNames in Thai and English, entity type, status, registration date, registered and paid-up capital, industry code, address and who may sign for the company.
  • Directors and partnersEveryone on the register, and the other way round: every company where a person is a director or partner.
  • Financial statementsBalance sheet, income statement and ratios for up to five fiscal years, and whether the company files at all.
  • Credit red flags10 rules, from an inactive status to negative equity and three years of losses, with a 0 to 100 score and the evidence for each flag.
  • HistoryEvery change of name and capital with its date, and the record as it stood on any past date.
  • Live from the registerA company newer than our copy is fetched from the Department of Business Development at the time of the call.

Where it fits​

  • Opening an account for a business customer: the company exists, is operating, and the person signing is on its register.

Only a successful answer is billed: a company not found, an empty search or an error costs nothing. A lookup is about 2.50 THB before VAT at the standard credit rate. Every price is on the pricing page.

The data​

  • All 1,751,616 juristic persons on the Department of Business Development register, as of 27 October 2026. Each answer carries the date the register last updated that record.
  • Shareholders and beneficial owners are not in the register data, so they are not returned. Every record says so (ubo_available: false), so an empty list is never mistaken for a checked answer.
  • Directors' and partners' names are personal data from a public register. Use them for a lawful purpose, such as a KYB, credit or supplier check.

Limits​

  • Database endpoints: 100 requests a second per API key.
  • Live endpoints: 30 requests a minute per API key.
  • Batch: up to 50 numbers and 16 KB a call. Searches: up to 200 results a page.
