If there is one technology that can create a major change to our world, it must be NLP.

NLP or Natural Language Processing is one type of AI that can understand human speech and text. We can describe the overall picture of NLP as the 'core' of all forms of communication that occur on computers.

How useful is NLP to us today? Just opening Google to search for restaurants near me, you will get the information immediately. Or even Smart Home that is controlled by voice to turn on devices in the house. These technologies receive commands from us to analyze the results to best suit our needs. This is the power of NLP.

I think that in the near future NLP will be even more special. Soon, we may be able to contact Call Centers through Voicebot, which is like talking to a robot. Not long after that, we may have robots that can be controlled at home. And in my opinion, our world can develop to the level of Humanoid robots that are exactly like humans. At that point, these robots may even be guards, housekeepers, or caregivers for the elderly, just like in the movies or games we've seen.

iApp itself also uses NLP, such as Question-Answer Generation. Just put the content in, and AI can extract questions and answers, which can be used for teachers who want to create exams, or various shops that want to use it as a Chatbot to answer customer questions. The capabilities of NLP can still be used to create many more special things. Soon, our Chatbot system will be more intelligent by using large Language Models like OpenAI ChatGPT, which can improve the answers to be even smoother.
