The Defence Technology Institute and iApp Technology sign an MoU on research and development of an AI-supported learning system

The Defence Technology Institute and iApp Technology Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding on the research and development of an AI-supported learning system to strengthen personnel capability. The memorandum was signed by General Dr. Charat Umsamrit, Director of the Defence Technology Institute, and Dr. Kobkrit Viriyayudhakorn, Managing Director of iApp Technology Co., Ltd., with General Porpol Maneerin, former Chairman of the Board of the Defence Technology Institute, as witness, in the Ratchaseni Phithak Room on the 10th floor of the DTI building.
The cooperation aims to promote the research and development of AI-supported learning systems and of scenario-based and problem-solving learning, to strengthen the analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making of personnel. It also covers the development and trial of prototype systems and digital tools that can be applied in the operational context of DTI. The signing is another important step in using artificial intelligence to support personnel development and in building on knowledge, innovation and technology to raise the capabilities of DTI.
