The role​

You are the person who lets customers see that the system works. You work alongside sales, install and configure our products, load the customer's sample documents or data, and demonstrate the result. Programming and model work is done by our engineering team.

What you will set up and present​

  • ChindaAI that answers from an organisation's own documents, in the cloud or on the customer's servers, and an AI receptionist for business phone lines.
  • AI APIID card reading, identity verification, speech to text and document reading, tried on the customer's own files on the spot.
  • E-Voting PlatformOnline elections for professional councils, associations and cooperatives: setting up the election and rehearsing it with the customer.

What you will do​

  • ListenMeet customers with sales and write down what they need the system to do.
  • Set upInstall and configure systems for demonstrations and trials, following the guides, with help from the engineers.
  • Demonstrate and run trialsDemonstrate on the customer's real data, look after trials, and answer technical questions.
  • Sales documentsHelp prepare the technical details for quotations and tender documents.

  • Explains wellCan make a technical point clear to an executive who is not in IT.
  • Careful and reliableTests before every demonstration, and follows through until the customer is up and running.
  • Honest with customersTells customers plainly what the system does and does not do yet.

Requirements​

  • ExperienceJunior: new graduate or up to 2 years. Intermediate: 2–5 years. Senior: 5 years or more. IT support, system installation or presales experience is an advantage.
  • IT basicsComfortable with computers, able to install and configure software from a guide. No programming and no AI background required.
  • LanguagePresents clearly in Thai and reads English documentation.
